Start here

Tell us what a good case looks like.

Two minutes. We come back with what a qualified workers’ compensation pipeline would look like for your firm, and what it would cost.

Step 1 of 4

How many qualified leads can your firm take a month?

A range is fine. It is the volume we build the campaigns around.

Which state do you take cases in?

The main one. We will cover the rest of your list on the call.

What does a good case look like?

Optional, and the most useful thing you can tell us. Case types, timing, and anything you never want to see.

Where should we send it?

We reply within one business day. No obligation.

Experiencing any of these challenges?

Most workers’ compensation leads were never a claim.

Most firms have already paid a vendor for workers’ compensation volume. The calls came in and the signed cases did not follow. The issue was never how many inquiries arrived. It was that nobody checked whether there was a claim to take before they reached your intake team.

01

Inquiries that are not a claim at all

Workers’ compensation campaigns pull in car accidents, slip and falls, and injuries that happened off the clock. Those are somebody’s case. They are not a workers’ compensation one.

02

Injuries past the deadline

A back injury from four years ago reads exactly like one from last week on a contact form. Limitation periods run one to two years in most states, and only one of those two is a case.

03

People who already have a lawyer

Shared and resold contacts have been called by three firms before yours. The ones worth signing signed with somebody else on the first call.

04

Federal and postal employees

A federal injury is filed with OWCP under FECA, not with your state board. Your intake team should not be the one discovering that twenty minutes into a call.

Set the filters that rule all four of those out, and stop paying for the calls they generate.

Lead qualification

Every question a lead answers before you see it.

This is the intake form itself, not a description of one. Seven questions, four of which end it. Nobody who gives one of those four answers is asked for a phone number, and nothing about them is stored, billed or sent to your CRM.

The workers’ compensation intake form7 questions · 4 of them can end it
  1. 01

    Were you hurt at work?

    • Yes
    • No, somewhere elseends here

A workplace injury is the whole basis of the claim. One tap sends everybody else somewhere that can actually help them, before the form has taken anything from them or from you.

  2. 02

    When did it happen?

    • Within 6 months
    • 6 to 12 months ago
    • 1 to 2 years ago
    • More than 2 years agoends here

Limitation periods run one to two years in most states, measured from the injury or from the last payment of benefits. Past that there is no case to buy, so the form ends rather than taking a phone number nobody is going to call.

  3. 03

Do you work for the federal government or the Postal Service?

    • No
    • Yes, federal or postalends here

A federal injury goes to the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs under FECA. Different statute, different filing, a forum most state practitioners do not appear in. It never reaches you.

  4. 04

Have you seen a doctor about it?

    • Yes
    • Not yet

Not a disqualifier, and the first thing your attorneys weigh. An injury with a medical record behind it is a claim. The same injury with nothing written down is an argument. Either way you know before you dial.

  5. 05

Do you already have a lawyer on this?

    • No, not yet
    • Yes, I already have oneends here

Somebody already represented cannot be signed by your firm. It is asked late on purpose: as an opening line it reads as a condition of entry, and after four answers it reads as a question.

  6. 06

    What happened?

A sentence or two, written by the claimant

In their own words, not picked from a list. This is the part your attorney reads first, and no injury taxonomy we tried was ever worth as much to a buyer as three honest sentences.

  7. 07

Where can the attorney reach you?

Name, phone, email, ZIP code, written consent

Workers’ compensation is state law, so the ZIP decides which board the claim belongs to and which of your offices is nearest. Consent is recorded with the exact wording shown on screen, the time it was given, and the device it came from.

Four of those answers end the form. The marketing spent reaching those people is ours, and it stops there.

Every one of those questions is yours to set. Tell us which answers you want and which you never want to see.

Lead quality

Most of what we generate is never sent to you.

That is intentional. Every inquiry is screened against your criteria before delivery, and the ones that fail are absorbed by our marketing budget rather than billed to your firm.

What arrives with every lead.

Name, phone and email
One person who asked to be called, not a row bought from a list.
ZIP code and state
The state is worked out from the ZIP, so you know which board it belongs to and which of your offices is nearest.
When the injury happened
In buckets: within 6 months, 6 to 12 months, or 1 to 2 years. Anything older never reaches you.
Medical treatment
Whether they have already seen a doctor about it.
What happened, in their words
A short written account of the injury. The part your attorney reads first.
Consent record
The exact wording they agreed to, the time they agreed to it, and the device it came from, stored with the lead.
Campaign and source
The channel, campaign and creative behind the inquiry, so a signed case traces back to the spend that produced it.

Process

We cover your marketing.

We take on the media spend so your firm pays for qualified workers’ compensation leads instead of campaigns.

  1. 01

    We cover your marketing

Meta, YouTube, Google and Reddit campaigns aimed at injured workers, funded by us rather than by your firm.

  2. 02

    We qualify against your criteria

States, how long ago, medical treatment, representation. Set the filters and every inquiry is screened against them.

  3. 03

    You receive qualified leads only

Delivered into your CRM as they come in, exclusive to your firm, rather than in a nightly batch.

  4. 04

    We replace bad leads

Duplicates and anything outside your criteria are replaced at no cost to you.

  5. 05

    We track everything

Full reporting, down to the campaign behind each case your firm signs.

Frequently asked

The questions firms actually ask.

Something specific to your states or your intake capacity? Bring it to the call.

What counts as a qualified workers’ compensation lead?

You decide. Before launch we agree the exact filters: the states you are licensed in, how long ago the injury happened, whether they have been treated, and the disqualifiers you never want to see. Every campaign is built around that definition.

Are the leads exclusive to our firm?

Yes. One firm per lead. Nothing is sent to a second firm at the same time and nothing is resold later.

How does pricing work?

Per lead. We fund the campaigns and your firm pays only for the leads that clear your criteria. Everything that fails screening is absorbed by our marketing budget and never reaches your invoice. The rate depends on your states and the volume you need, and it is agreed with you in writing before anything launches.

What happens if a lead does not match our criteria?

Flag it and we replace it at no cost. Duplicates, wrong state, or anything outside what we agreed will not be billed to your firm.

How fast do leads reach us?

In real time, straight into your CRM, inbox or intake workflow, and never more than 24 hours after the inquiry. Speed is the point: an inquiry that sits in a queue overnight has usually already called somebody else.

Which systems do you deliver into?

Whatever your intake team already runs. If it accepts a webhook or has an API, connecting it takes minutes. The platforms above are the ones we post into most often.

Is there a contract?

No long-term commitment. It runs month to month and you can stop whenever you like. Volumes and pricing are agreed in writing before we start.

Can you run a single state, or is it nationwide only?

Either. Single-state campaigns are harder to produce than nationwide ones, so scope is agreed with you up front, alongside how many cases your intake team can absorb in a month.
